Medical case monitoring Service
- Obtain daily medical reports, where necessary, from our network hospitals and provide advice on the treatment being given. IMCS could professionally monitor any patient
receives treatment in our linked hospital in Sri Lanka. - Our doctors discuss with the treating doctors and monitor the care and the patient receives and could provide day by day medical reports to the concerned family, organization or
assistance insurance company. - An IMC MED medical team monitors and assesses the progress of patient throughout the period of hospital admission and also informs progress of patient to the relevant
requesting company or authority. - Recommendations and advice are provided, to the Insurance Agencies regarding how the patient’s condition is being treated and what further action might be required

Repatriation / Transport
We arrange several types of air transport services that are designed to suit a patient needs.
Our medical staff are trained to handle the most critical of patients, whether they are on life support, have myocardial infarction or multi-trauma and provide dedicated medical care in the skies or ground.
The medical team also helps manage the patient before the flight, in flight and during the journey home or to the hospital.
Those who are not critically ill and whose condition is stable hence do not require a Doctor’s Escort; can be repatriated with a Nurse Escort to assist in mobility and medical needs.
Doctors Escort is necessary on commercial flights when the patient requires medical supervision and not just nursing care. The doctor provides all the required medical services. All standard emergency equipment and medication is always taken in flight.
